This Hilton Head beach home has been  refurnished and remodeled. It is the first time on the rental market.  New additions are a Carolina room, expanded decking,  new pool *and spa,* and a patio area.

Located in the North Forest Beach area, this Hilton Head beach home is a superb spot for a large family or two small families vacationing together. Set on a quiet cul de sac with three other Hilton Head beach homes, it is four bedrooms and three baths. The home is only a four minute stroll to one of  Hilton Head's best beach areas, or if you are a golfer, a three wood away. The owners leave a beach cart so you will not need to be carrying your beach chairs and coolers. Of course the home is close enough to zip home for lunch.

The home is a split level design with excellent bedroom separation. When first entering you are greeted by a large great room. This is a comfortable room equipped with a large screen TV. French doors lead from it to the Carolina room that overlooks the deck. The new and enlarged deck is a wonderful area for al fresco dining, and the shrimp boils you are sure to have. Below the deck is the new pool, hot spa, and patio area. This is the spot you will be when you want to swim, but not get the beach sand between the toes.

 

 The modern kitchen is square shaped with a serving window to the great room. It has all the modern conveniences that will be pleasing to the family chef. It is open so the chef will not miss out on the activities while cooking, and there is ample room for all to help.

Down the hall way are two bedrooms that share the hall bath. One bedroom is outfitted with two double beds while the other has twins. Each bedroom has a TV. These bedrooms have private access to the deck leading to the pool. Across the hall is a full size laundry room.

 

  At the end of the hallway are steps leading to the two additional bedroom suites. To the left is a queen suite with private bath, and to the right is the king master. The master bath is lavish, and you will enjoy soaking in the garden tub. Yes, there is also a walk in shower. The master has a small deck overlooking the pool and  the main deck areas while the other suite has a small deck facing street side.

 

 There is little traffic in this area, so you will have the secure feeling so vital when there are children. If you have toddlers the owners leave you a high chair as well as a play pen.

There will be days you will not need your car when staying at this Hilton Head beach home. Coligny Plaza and the Beach Market with all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment is less than a mile down the beach street. Riding a bike you could be there in less than five minutes. It takes me fifteen to walk.

If you are looking for a Hilton Head beach home that will not break the bank, and yet be convenient to all the island's amenities then this home may be just what you are desiring. It is without a doubt a great beach home.
