Welcome to our beach villa at the Hilton head Beach & Tennis Resort.. This top floor villa overlooking the lagoon is a five minute walk to the ocean. The villa was completely updated in 2006, and has all the comforts you could possibly need.

This villa is a two bedroom two bath unit. The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed while the guest room has two singles. Both bedrooms have their own bath. There is a TV and VCR in the master. For additional sleeping arrangements, in the living room there is a new queen sleeper sofa.

The living room area has some excellent lagoon views. You are sure to enjoy sitting out on the balcony watching the birds fly in for their dinner. The kitchen is fully outfitted, allowing you to prepare even a gourmet feast. The dining area can comfortably seat six.. The living room area has a TV, DVD as well as a stereo.

For your enjoyment, the resort has ten lighted tennis courts, 24 hour security guard, a playground, fitness trail, onsite bike rental, and a fishing pond. The pool is one of the Island's largest.

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is a family friendly resort with many activities for the whole family.

Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change.

To guarantee your reservation a $200 deposit is due within 7 days
after date of booking. A confirmation letter and rental agreement will
be e-mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due 30
days prior to your arrival date.

The condo has a lock box, so keys will be waiting for you.

Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.

In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.
