Atlantic Point is a community of a dozen luxury homes  located along the 15th fairway of the Sea Pines Ocean Golf. These homes are set back on the beachside of Sea Pines drive. Typical of the Sea Pines style these homes blend with the environment, and even long time visitors never see them. It is a club community with a large pool and tennis court reserved for Atlantic Point residents and guests.

 

It is an elegant two story home that has been recently redecorated. The main living area is on the first level. The living room is gracefully appointed. The kitchen is a chef's delight with everything needed to prepare the home meals and large enough to have everyone gathering around to help. The kitchen opens to a large den, family room area. For those more formal times there is a separate dining room and for casual times another living room.

The bedrooms all have private baths. There are two king suites, a queen suite, and two guest rooms with two single beds in each.  For additional sleeping arrangements there is a sleeper sofa in the den.

Atlantic Point is adjacent to the fifteenth hole of the Ocean Golf Course, making the pro shop only three holes away. Harbourtown and South Beach are easy bike rides
