This Sea Pines, three bedroom beach oriented vacation home will not break the bank. Located on Bald Eagle, a quiet cul de sac  in the South Beach area of the Sea Pines Resort, it is a five minute walk down the beach walk to the beach. Jump on a bike and you can be at the South Beach Marina Village in five minutes. In the evening take a flash light and walk to it in fifteen.

The rental  home has been renovated and redecorated. You will first notice the redone heart of pine flooring and the revamped kitchen. It is a well designed vacation home with clean lines and good natural lighting.

The home is a split floor plan. On the first level is the great room. It is comprised of a large living area, dining room, and  the open kitchen with breakfast area. For convenience there is a half bath on this level. With its smooth flow, this room is ideal for a group wanting to inter act.

 The private master bedroom suite is also on the main floor.

A wide and open slit stairway leads to the second level. This level holds the two guest suites. One is appointed with a king be while the other guest suite has two single beds. The bath rooms in all the suites have had new tile and fixtures.

The out side entertaining area sits on a private deck shaded by a live oak. It is a great spot to grab a quiet moment or entertain a cook out.

Want to be like Roddick or Williams, or just have some fun? Complimentary tennis is provided at the South Beach Racquet Club

With a queen sleeper in the living room, this South Beach vacation can be shared by eight.
