North Forest Beach

Located in a quiet area, this newly refurbished North Forest Beach home has two units.  Each level of this vacation home is a self contained three bedroom unit. These units can be rented alone or jointly.

The unit on the upstairs level is three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, TV,  private bath with shower and whirlpool tub, and a balcony overlooking the pool area. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and a TV. The two queen bedrooms share a full bath.

 The fully equipped kitchen has a TV, dishwasher, refrigerator with an icemaker, stove, and a table that will seat four. The more formal dining area seats six. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer complimented with an iron and ironing board. 

The living room area, great for entertaining, includes a TV, VCR,  stereo, and wet bar.  Sky lights brighten the living area. There is additional space for dining and entertaining in the new Carolina room. 

This is a non smoking unit. We are sorry, we do not allow pets.

On the property grounds are a swimming pool enveloped by a privacy fence, a picnic area for your low country boils, and a basketball hoop. The beach which is one of the Island's best, is a short and easy four minute stroll from the house.

All rates are in US dollars. The damage deposit *is returned as long as there are no damages. There needs to be at least one occupant twenty five years or over, or if married at least twenty one years old or over.
