On  the second level is a loft which also has a sitting and game area with views over the pool and to the marsh beyond. On this level is the twin room which has three twin beds and a set of bunks. There is a second guest bedroom on this level with a pair of queens. 

On the primary level is an outrageous kitchen that will please any gourmet chef. There is ample room for folks to gather around and help or simply mingle and watch. Adjoining the kitchen is a well designed dining area.

Also on the first level there are three king bedrooms as  well as a bedroom with two queen beds. All bedrooms have their own bath. An excellent feature on the first level is a media room with a large screen TV. From the first level there is access to the screened porch that parallels the back deck.
