 The guest house is connected to the main house with a breezeway and has two bedrooms with two full baths, a living area with sleeper sofa and for convenience a mini-kitchenette.

All bedrooms have private baths and televisions. There are also televisions in the guest house living area and main house great room and wireless internet access is available throughout the home.

The pool area is large and is a great spot for entertaining. The pool gets good sun, but there is a covered breezeway for those times when you are wanting shade

This home is on an estate lot and has some excellent lagoon views. It is three houses from the beach. A picturesque bridge leads to the beach walk.
