Designed by William Vitto, and built by Cambridge Builders, this Sea Pines vacation home was professionally decorated with stone and hardwood floors. With six bedrooms and 5000 square feet, this is a beach home with plenty of room. The upper porch, upper and lower living areas, outdoor dining and pool deck seating areas provide areas to gather everyone together, or to escape for a little time alone.

The pool and spa are in a private courtyard with an outdoor shower, grill and path walk to the ocean. The first level family room is equipped with a wet bar and a large screen TV. 

The main level contains the modern kitchen, dining room and great room with fireplace, and two additional bedrooms. Appointed with granite countertops, granite sink, Wolfe gas range, double dishwashers and garbage disposals, the chefs in the house will truly enjoy this kitchen There is a large porch off the kitchen where there are some good ocean views. 

The master suite on the second level offers a king-size bed with a large state of the art private bath and desk work area

There is a bonus level over the double car garage that has a very private bedroom and bathroom.
