The Greens Villas are conveniently situated  in Shipyard Plantation, a gated 800 acre resort community in the heart of Hilton Head Island. With gates fronting William Hilton Parkway and Pope Avenue, the resort is easily accessible to all Island activities. The speed limit is 20 miles per hour and there are  miles of bike trails making the resort a bikers and walkers delight. Considered one of the most beautifully landscaped island areas, Shipyard has a gorgeous lagoon system, and wild life abounds in its natural habitat. 

The Greens are located near the ocean and view the Galleon golf course fairways. They are directly across from the Crown Plaza Hotel and The Shipyard Racquet Club, one of the country's top fifty clubs. This townhouse style unit is a very short walk to the beach. Newly appointed, the villa can comfortably sleep six. The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen, there are twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa  in the living room. Each bedroom has its own bath, and there is a half bath off the living room. There is a large pool reserved for the Greens' guests. The Greens 153 is a non smoking unit.
