South Beach- Sea Pines Resort

Located adjacent to the South Beach Marina Village, these Sea Pines vacation rental villas are popular for those wanting to be near activities, and yet be close to the beach.. These villas are first, second or third floor units ranging in size from studios to three bedrooms. Many view Braddock Cove while others have garden views.

From any of these villas the beach can be reached in three minutes, and some of the garden views are even a bit closer. Guests use the large pool complex at the village.

These are well appointed single level villas. The studios and one bedroom units have one bath, while the two and three bedroom size have two baths. The ground level units have patios and the upper levels have a porch-balcony. The normal bedding for a two bedroom unit is a king master and twins. The three bedroom units will have a king master and varied bedding in the remaining two bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchens are a galley style, but large enough to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. The living rooms have sliders leading to the patio or porch.

The Bluff Villas were built in the early 70s, and named because they do sit on a bluff that over looks Braddock Cove. The buildings are three stories with 8 units to a floor. The buildings do not have elevators, so if you have some toddlers you may want a lower floor unit. Located next to the South Beach Marina village the Buff Villas are a popular family friendly grouping.

Because of all the activities these units are super popular with small families with children. The marina is a safe haven to meet folks. Below are examples of the two bed room condos. If you are desiring a three bedroom Bluff Villa we do have some. We also have some one bedroom and studio villas

Bluff Villa 1726 is a ground level two bedroom 2 bath unit viewing the cove, and the Gull Point Marina

This is a the first floor viewing Braddock Cove. King, 2 Twins, sleeper sofa. Pool access at South Beach Marina. Guests of this unit can enjoy free tennis at South Beach Racquet Club.

Bluff Villa 1673 2 bedroom

Second floor  2 bedroom, 2 bath unit located on the 3rd floor (which is the top floor) with access to the pool at South Beach Marina. Features include new furnishings, vaulted ceiling and updated kitchens and baths. King, 2 Twins, sleeper sofa in living room. Guests of this unit can enjoy free tennis at South Beach Racquet Club.   

Villa 1728

This two bedroom ground level villa has been modified. The living and kitchen area have been redone in a great room style. It does have a sleeper sofa. and High Speed wireless
