This six bedroom Sea Pines vacation home is a two minute walk to the beach. Located in a quiet area near the ocean gate all the island activities are easily accessible, Coligny Circle is a mile away while Harbourtown is two miles, easily reached by the bike trail. 

It is a colonial designed up side down two story home. Entering one is greeted by a tile and marble foyer, a stairway leads to the second floor where the main living areas are located. The center piece of the top level is the great room. It is comprised of an open kitchen , dining and sitting areas. There are doors that  lead from the great room to a balcony overlooking the pool and spa. An exterior spiral staircase leads to the pool.

On this level there are two master suites. The king master is behind the great room. In it there are French doors to a small private balcony over looking the pool and spa. The second master is to the rear of the great room. It is made with a queen bed.

On the lower level there are four additional  bedrooms, one in each corner of the home. Each bedroom has its own bath. The downstairs bedding is comprised of a queen and six twins. Two of the twins have trundles. The media room is beyond the foyer and views the pool and patio area. This is a great place to relax and watch the game on the wall mounted flat screen, or do some work on the supplied computer. The home has ample electronics with TVs in all the bedrooms, multiple VCRs and DVDs

The beach walk is just of the rear of the property making getting to the beach an easy two minute stroll. This a quiet section of beach, but if one is wanting a lot of activity then there are beach clubs within walking distance no matter which direction one goes.
