The bike path is readily accessible and will lead you thru miles and miles of meandering trails, or head to the Forest Preserve, and enjoy 600 acres of pristine woodlands.

 This is a two level home with the prime living area on the first level. The upscale kitchen is open style affording plenty of room for the gourmet, and has a breakfast nook with views to the ocean. For the formal times there is a separate dining room. The lower level also contains the master bedroom suite, and a guest bedroom with twins

 Located at 38 Canvasback in the north beach area of the resort  the home is easily accessible to not only all the resort amenities like Harbour Town, but also other island areas. Coligny Plaza is only a mile away. This is a non smoking home. Guests receive tennis privileges at the Van der Meer Center which is an easy bike ride as is the pro shop for the Ocean and sea Marsh courses.
