Castle By the Sea , a North Forest Beach seven bedroom vacation rental home with eight baths and an elevator is a luxury rental home only 90 paces to a superb section of Hilton Head Beach

Located in the North Forest Beach area of the Island, Castle by the Sea is eight streets from Coligny Plaza. This is close enough to stroll for a coffee and Danish, but far enough to be in a quiet beach area.

This vacation home is designed to pamper the vacationing family with children. It offers seven bedrooms - Three kid-themed bedrooms and  four king master bedrooms.  All bedrooms and living areas are furnished with name brand furniture, including Lexinton, Hooker, LaZBoy and Bassett. Designer bed linens like Ralph Lauren, Disney Store, and Charter Club are used through out the bedrooms.

The three themed children's bed rooms are fantasy getaways.

Under the Sea is designed to be the water home of the Little Mermaids. The room is painted in under water sea scenes The Under the Sea room features a queen size bunk with Disney’s Little Mermaid bedding.

Another Under the Sea room features friends from the movie Finding Nemo. Marlin, Nemo, Dory and Crush are depicted. This room features two sets of twin bunks decorated like castles under the sea. The bedding in this room is Finding Nemo bedding from Disney Home.

Our third children's twin bedroom is called Cottage by the Sea. It features a cottage shaped bunk with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The bedding in this room is from Pottery Barn Kids.

There are four king suites making it ideal for multi families or couples vacationing together. Two of the four Master bedrooms have whirlpool bathtubs as well as glass showers. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well as custom built closets with excellent storage. For additional sleeping arrangements, on the upper level, there is a queen size sleeper sofa.

The over sized great room is furnished with a huge sectional leather sofa, a California chair and a long window box seat. Adjacent to the great room is a bar with an ice maker. There is big screen with DVD and stereo in the living area. Up a flight of stairs is a loft area, great for games or a getaway.

The state of the art kitchen is stocked with everything the family chef needs to prepare any holiday feast. With custom cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless appliances and  two dishwashers, this kitchen is a chefs delight.

The private pool pool with a heated spa  is sided by a large deck. Outfitted with an outdoor kitchen containing a gas grill, beverage refrigerator, sink, counter top and seating, the deck is geared for entertaining and outside living. Of course there is plenty of poolside furniture with loungers, tables and chairs. Tired of the sun there are covered porches. For your own private light show, the swimming pool and spa are equipped with fiber optic lighting. Relax while watching the water change colors.

This is not the typical pool found at other North Forest Beach  vacation rental homes. For those of you traveling with babies or toddlers, our pool offers a large sun deck step at the entrance to the pool. It is  six inches deep, a designed spot where young ones can sit and splash in the water. A swim out ledge around half of the pool allows the new swimmer a place to play and rest.

A section of the garage area can be used as a game room. There is a pool table, putting green, Little Tyykes Gym, counter/bar and TV.

For those who enjoy surfing the web or need to catch up on work, our house offers a computer with free DSL Internet access.

Are there any train lovers in your family? Our home offers a full size Thomas like train table and train set for the junior engineers, plus a SONY Playstation 2 and a Nintendo Game Cube with games.

Going to the beach? Its just a short skip down a walk. Too much gear to carry? There's a wagon to help with the cooler and stuff.

 At the street level, an outdoor shower will rid the toes of sand.

Children's Amenities

After traveling with young children many times, we understand how stressful it can be to travel without all of the “equipment” that you have at home. With that in mind, we have tried to provide everything that a family with a young child might need. If we are missing something that you desire, please contact us and we can try to honor your request. Included in your rental home are:

    Standard Amenities

The entire house offers air conditioning and heat. All linens and towels are provided free of charge including beach towels. Each bathroom is furnished with a wall mounted hair dryer. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board on the first floor. This villa is non-smoking however, ash trays are provided on the patio, for your use. No pets allowed. Pool heating is available upon request.

We have a 24 hour management company. Our home is regularly maintained with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services.

Rates 2008- 2009 

Rates do not include 11% South Carolina tax or pool heating charge. Spa heat is included with the rental. We rent by the week, Sat-Sat during the spring, summer and fall. Winter rentals are available by the night, week or month.  Max. occupancy is 18 people.

• To guarantee your reservation a 40% deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter and rental agreement will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due ninety days prior to your arrival date. The key code to the home will be emailed upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and payment of balance due.
  
  A $500 refundable damage/security deposit is required. Provided there is no damage, it is returned after the departure inspection
  
  Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change.

• Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. 
• In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.
