Mid Island Beach Homes and Villas
During the last few years, the Mid Island area of Hilton Head has been the area experiencing explosive growth. New beach homes have been sprouting in the Singleton, Bradley, and Burkes beach areas. These multi level new homes are bright and colorful with an emphasis on the beach. Many are done in the Charleston style. Although not a gated community the Island's amenities are right at hand.
