The Colonnade Club is located in picturesque Shipyard Plantation, an 880 acre gated community.
This two bedroom vacation villa is impeccably kept. Located just a short 5 minute walk to the beach or the Van der Meer Tennis Center, you will find all the resorts amenities right at hand. The complex pool and hot tub are right around the corner from the villa. If golf is your game the pro shop is a five minute bike ride.
This is a ground floor villa with excellent lagoon and golf views. Relax on the covered porch and enjoy the natural setting, or laugh at some of the duffers. Plenty of sunlight shines through this villa, and there are numerous view points from the comfortable living area.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living and dining area. There is a breakfast bar and a dining table that easily seats six.
The master bedroom is spacious and outfitted with a king bed. For late night enjoyment there is a TV. The guest room is also large and contains twin beds. Both bedrooms get good light. Each bedroom has its own bath.
Tucked away, the Colonnade club is close to the beach, yet it is private. You will find bike paths through out the resort, and they pass just in front of the complex.

Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. During Easter week and vacation period check-in is guaranteed by 6pm. In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.
Cancellation of your reservation less than ninety (60) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less a $100.00 handling fee will be returned.
