Our villa is in a secluded area of "The Greens"...no traffic. You can easily walk on the off road path to the world renown Van Der Meer Tennis Club, 27 hole Shipyard Country Club, Crown Plaza Hotel, or the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. 

1400 plus square foot villa begins with a breakfast room (seats 4), updated fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, as well as a half bath, all which has been just tiled with 16" custom tile. Large carpeted living room and dining room (seats 6) features queen-size sleeper couch, cable TV, VCR, DVD/CD, high speed internet and double door-wall that opens to deck.

Enjoy your coffee or drinks on the deck overlooking the seventh fairway but far enough away so that you are not right on top of the golfers.

Upstairs provides a master bedroom with large king-size bed, walk-in closet, full bath (newly tiled), cable TV, iron and ironing board, as well as lots of drawer space. The second bedroom has twin beds, full wall of closets, and full bath. Full-size washer and dryer upstairs. 

The beautifully maintained, gated pool with bath house and lots of tables and lounge chairs is located across from the villa, nicely landscaped for privacy. The NEW Beach Club features restrooms, outdoor shower & deck.

Shipyard preview

• To guarantee your reservation a $250 deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due four weeks prior to your arrival date.
  
  Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change.
  

• Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.
• In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.

• Cancellation of your reservation less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
• We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less $50.00 handling fee will be returned.
