With the many windows, as well as sliding doors that lead out to a second floor balcony, this elegantly furnished villa is an ideal vacation retreat.



Inside you'll be able to enjoy the marina view on comfortable linen upholstered sofa, which folds out into a sleeper sofa, accompanied by a dark mahogany coffee table and an extra large flat screen TV with DVD and VHS.

The beautiful large and spacious granite countertops in the kitchen have three wicker barstools for relaxed dining.

The bedroom, like the living room, has sliding glass door access out to the patio where one can enjoy a meal on the stone table with wicker woven chairs with seating for four.

The bedroom furnishings include a queen bed with a richly deep dark wooden headboard and end tables, two dressers and a small trunk to match. Additionally, there is a TV with VCR

The master bath is set with a travertine sink top, cabinet and shower with a large tub. There is a stacked washer and dryer in a kitchen closet. Elevator access is available to take you to this second floor villa.

The community pool is very close and the Palmetto Dunes buggy offers free shuttle service to the beach in Palmetto Dunes Plantation. You'll also be given a complimentary plantation gate pass should you choose to drive to the beach yourself during your stay in this delightful marina-side villa.

The FREE door-to-door shuttle to the beach, Shelter Cove Marina, Shops and Restaurants runs from March 20, 2006 until Labor Day in September
