Shipyard vacation villa at the Greens

Spacious, clean and well appointed, this Hilton Head two bedroom vacation villa is located in the Greens villa complex within the lush 800 acre Shipyard Plantation. The Greens are one of Shipyard's closest complexes to the beach, and this Greens villa is just steps from the pool as well. For the active in your group, tennis is available at at the Van der Meer Tennis Center located within a three minute walk. Its also a quick walk to the beach as well as the Oceanfront Crown Plaza Resort Hotel where you may enjoy the restaurants and many of the amenities, including the popular Camp Castaway children's program. During the season, this program is offered daily and on Friday and Saturday nights.

This newly remodeled townhome has two bedrooms and two and a half baths. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa, enabling this Greens villa to comfortably sleep six. The bedrooms of this villa are on the second level. The master bedroom suite has all new furnishings including new comfy king bed and upscale linens, TV, walk in closet and a full bath. The guest room holds XL twin beds, TV, and has a pool view. The guest bedroom has a hall bath. The laundry facilities of a full size washer and dryer are also on the second level.

From the newly decorated first level living area and from the wrap around deck, you will enjoy a gorgeous view of Shipyard's Galleon golf course. Being an end unit this Greens Villa has twice the deck size of the normal unit. It is a great spot to relax sipping a cold drink, and for cooking out. For your entertainment there is a TV/VCR/DVD, stereo, and a wet bar. There is also a powder room on this level.

The fully equipped kitchen is an open galley style. There is a pass through to the dining area that seats six while on the other side there is a quaint breakfast nook with a cafe table for four.

The large complex pool is just steps from your front door. For your convenience, you get a free beach locker at the Shipyard Beach Club. This is a convenient spot to store your beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and all those beach toys.

The bike path passes in front of the complex, and it is an easy coast to the charming shops and restaurants of Coligny and the Beach Market.

If you need to do some work, bring your lap top. The villa does have High Speed Internet access
