A Sea pines vacation rental home with luxury in every detail. This Sea Pines vacation rental home is located in a quiet area of the resort, Grey Widgeon is a side street off South Beach Lane, and only two houses from the beach.
Fabulous decor and a well thought lay out make this an outstanding vacation home for two families. Each bedroom has a private bath and there are also 3 half baths.
On the lower level is a large family room complete with a wet bar, a king bedroom, a bedroom with twins, a den/bedroom which has a pull out sofa (this den can be a fifth bedroom), and a screened porch leading to the private pool and spa area.
On the landing to the second level is another king bedroom. The second level has a living room, dining room, kitchen and the third king bedroom.
The home has multiple decks and there are ocean glimpses.
One of my favorite spots on this sea pines vacation home is the roof top sun deck. It is a great place to lay out, enjoy the sun and relax. This home offers plenty of privacy. Free tennis is provided at the South Beach Racquet club.
