For privacy there is outstanding bedroom separation. In one wing of the home is the king master suite and bath. The master bath is large and comprises a luxury tub in one room and a walk in shower in an adjoining room. The master bedroom opens to the patio and pool that has been well landscaped for privacy.

In the middle of the home is the main living room that opens and views the pool.

Adjacent to the main living area is the open kitchen and family room. This is a great place to hang out and room enough for the whole family to participate or watch the cooking. Between the living room and kitchen is a dining room for those more formal times.

Off the family room are the two guest rooms. One is a queen suite while the other bedroom has twins. For those drop in overnighters, the family contains a sleeper sofa. The queen bedroom has a private bath while there is a full hall bath for the twin room.

Conveniently located in the Heritage Woods area of  Sea Pines, Harbourtown is within walking distance as is the beach. This is a quiet area of the Sea Pines Resort.
