This seven bedroom home has eight full baths, two living areas, two kitchens, three dishwashers, two laundry areas, wine cooler an elevator, and as one would expect some superb views of the Atlantic and Hilton Head beach. This luxury oceanfront home is beautifully decorated in a Tommy Bahama style, and offers three floors of luxury. With more than 5700 square feet of interior space, plus covered balconies on each level, there is ample room for a large group and yet areas for privacy

 

Entering the first level foyer, the great room features floor to ceiling windows and great ocean views. Comfortably set, this oceanfront room is accessorized with a large screen TV. The state of the art kitchen is open, and set with double ovens, five burner stove and a jen-aire fridge. It is completely outfitted. There are six stools around the granite counter. The adjoining dining area has table seating for ten. This room opens to an oceanfront deck that overlooks the pool onto the beach. This deck has a dining table for six and a gas grill.

To the left of the entry is a bedroom set with two single beds. Its bath has a walk in shower. For convenience its bath also has a entry from the foyer. To the right of the entry is a full laundry room. Opposite the twin bedroom is the first elevator stop. It runs from the parking level to the top.

Up one step and to the right is the first master bedroom. Set with a king, it has a private bath with walk in shower, garden style tub and a double vanity

 

The second level is fourteen steps up and holds four bedrooms all with private baths. The first bedroom is set with a king and has a doorway to the mid level deck. Its bath is a tub-shower combination. The next bedroom is a massive master also set with a king and another doorway to the deck. The master bath has a walk in shower, garden tub and double vanity. The third bedroom has two twin over double bunks while the fourth bedroom has two queens. One bedroom has a walk in shower while the other has a tub-shower combination. All the bedrooms have TVs

Up another fourteen steps takes you to the third level. At the top is a desk equipped with High Speed Internet access.  To its left is a full bath with a walk in shower. For convenience, next to this bath is another washer and dryer. Straight ahead of the stairway is another king bedroom with a large private bath containing a walk in shower.

To the right of the stairway is the second living area that opens to the upper deck. The sofa is a sleeper. For the gamers or snackers, there is a dining area for four. On this level is a second kitchen. It is a galley style with full refrigerator and stove as well as a dishwasher. At the side of the stairway is a salon style table and chairs

   

Being oceanfront the beach is right at your door. So that your feet do not burn there is beach carpet from oceanfront deck thru the soft sand.
