Hampton Place Villas

The Hampton Place villa complex is located ocean front on condo row in the southern area of the Palmetto Dunes Resort. There are two main buildings in this complex with the pool cabana situated between the two. If you think these villas resemble the Windsors, you are correct. The same architect designed both complexes, and the same interior designer has done many of the units. In fact, many speak of them as one complex referring to them as the Windsor Hamptons. We still call them the Hamptons.

The villas in this complex are one, two and three bedroom size. These luxurious vacation villas are a  spacious and open design, and have some excellent beach and ocean views. The one bedroom units are normally outfitted with a king bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The two bedroom size are normally outfitted with a king and twins. The bedroom separation in the two bedroom villas is excellent. There is one bedroom in each wing. Both the one and two bedroom villas have two baths with at least one having a Jacuzzi tub. The three bedroom condos offer various bedding arrangements, many with sleeper sofas, and all have at least three baths.

The villas each have a private deck. The decks are accessible from the living area, and at least one of the bedrooms. These decks have a great vantage point for viewing the beach and pool area. The pools are heated from October 15 to November 30 and from March 15 to April 30
