 On the lower level is the main living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry area and the master bedroom.

The well appointed living room opens to to a patio area viewing a lagoon and then onto the pool. The kitchen has been redone and there is ample room to prepare any feast. There is a pass thru window to the dining area. For your convenience a powder room is located on the main level.

Off the hallway is the master suite. It is outfitted with a king bed. A stairway leads to the second level where the guest bedrooms are located. These guest rooms are comprised of a queen suite and a bedroom with twins. Each bedroom has a private bath. There are additional TVs in the master bedroom as well as the queen bedroom

Vacation Rental Amenities 

A shared pool and tennis courts are close by with the beach being only a short walk away. Guests of this villa receive a full membership to the Van der Meer Racquet Club, one of the country's' top tennis clubs. Also included is a membership to the Player's Club Fitness center. Both these clubs are an easy minute stroll form the villa
