Located adjacent to the Van der Meer Tennis Center in South Forest Beach, this poolside, Island House villa is super convenient. Tennis is right out the door, the beach access is only a short walk away, and the shopping and dining in the Coligny area is within an easy walk. You can even walk to play putt-putt or to the Island's only water park 

The unit has two bedrooms and two baths, and with the sleeper sofa comfortably accommodates six. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and all necessary utensils to make you feel right at home. There is even a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. 

The master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, two double closets, and a private bath. The guest bedroom has twin beds, one double closet, and utilizes the full hall bath. All bed linens and bath towels are included. The large well-appointed living room has a sleeper sofa, and the TV with VCR is cable. For added pleasure there is also a DVD player. On the patio there is a charcoal grill for those times you will want to cook out. To make your stay more  complete beach chairs and two adult bicycles are provided. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not permitted.

• To guarantee your reservation a $250 deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter and rental agreement will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due three weeks prior to your arrival date. Keys to the condo will be mailed upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and payment of balance due.
  
  A refundable damage security deposit is required.
  
  Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change.
  

• Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.
• In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.

• Cancellation of your reservation less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
• We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less $50.00 handling fee will be returned.

We accept personal check, money orders and MC/Visa.
