South Beach Sea Pines

The Lagoon Villas are conveniently located in the South Beach area of the Sea Pines resort. It is quiet, yet accessible to all the amenities The beach is an easy four minute walk,  the Marina village is equally close, and the bike path system passes right in front of the complex. Guests receive free access to the community pool at the Village.

The Lagoon Villas are in the same complex as the Port Villas, and I have always thought they should have been named The Starboard Villas. However, since this villa complex over looks a lagoon it was given the name Lagoon Villas.

While the Port Villa section is comprised of two and three level town homes, the Lagoon Villas are a flat style. They are either a two bed room with two baths or a three bedroom with two baths.

Villa 1581

This is an end unit, and except for the entry has no stairs to encounter. There is a large deck area offering an excellent lagoon view. The bedding in this water view villa is a king master, with the guest bedrooms having a queen and twins

 Villa 1582 is also a three bedroom two bath villa with an excellent lagoon view. The bedding is a king, queen and two single beds in the third bedroom.
