If you like wildlife then this is a great unit to watch the mullet jump, and the birds feed. The complex is adjacent to the South Beach Marina Village, only a short four minute walk to the best part of the south beach. 

This Lagoon Villa has recently been redecorated. The unit is completely outfitted. The kitchen is galley style and has been updated to please the gourmet cook. The living room has sliders opening to the deck overlooking the lagoon, and there is a separate dining area.

The bedrooms each with their own bath are outfitted with a king master, and twins in the guest bedroom. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa
