The Lands End complex is located in the South Beach area of the Sea Pines Resort. It is the furthest southern point of the Island. These cottages were initially developed in the late 70s and early 80s to blend with the marina village's theme of a New England fishing village.

 The homes in this cluster are Cape Cod style duplexes all with screened porches, sundecks, and spacious interiors.  The even numbered units are on the cove side of the Calibogue Sound while the odd numbered homes are on the Atlantic side of the Sound. The Lands End complex has water on three sides and is the Island's narrowest area.

The beach is only minutes away from any of these vacation rentals. For those who like to lounge around a pool, the complex has its own pool.

These South Beach vacation rental homes have varied interior lay outs. Constructed in three and four bedroom sizes, some four bedroom units will have a sleeper den, others will have a loft, while some have both, and some neither.

 6 Lands End-3 bedroom 3 bath This three bedroom vacation rental was redone in 2005. It has the high speed Internet as well as a tennis membership. Its bedding is two king suites and a guest room with two single beds.

Lands End 40 faces the cove-3 bedroom This duplex home has been completely redone for the 2007 season. There are some outstanding cove views from this vacation home. It has high-speed internet access and a Tennis membership at the South Beach Racquet Club (1 free hour of court time per day).

Lands End 46- views of the Harbourtown Lighthouse can be seen in the distance. Features of this home include: screened porch, 4 TVs and a DVD player, plus free daily tennis at the South Beach Racquet Club. Bedding: King, Queen, 2 Twins.
