Welcome to our beach villa at the Hilton head Beach & Tennis Resort. This newly renovated one bedroom, one bath villa is just steps to the beautiful beach and huge oceanfront pool. We are conveniently located on the first floor of the C building (no trudging up several flights of stairs), and have an ocean view from our balcony

  The kitchen has been updated with new appliances and includes a full size refrigerator. You will be able to prepare a feast should you desire to demonstrate your culinary skills. You have the choice of dining in or al fresco on the balcony.

In the newly decorated living room is a 27 inch TV with VCR and DVD. It is a relaxing and inviting setting for a couples getaway or family fun.  The master bedroom is outfitted with a Queen, and if you have little ones there are hallway bunks. For additional sleeping arrangements the sofa is a sleeper  All linens except beach towels are provided.   

 On site are organized kid's activities and a playground. Just steps from the resort is a full arcade. Relax by the Olympic sized pool, listen to music, have lunch at the poolside cafe, or rent bicycles and travel the the whole Island on the meandering paved bike paths.

Tennis? We have ten resurfaced courts that are free to our guests. Since it can get warm here, they are lighted for cooler play during the evening.

For the golfer, we offer a complimentary discount on two of the areas best courses. Play a Davis Love or Arnold Palmer course at an affordable rate. How does under $40 including cart sound?

Fishing? Try your luck for a lunker bass in the private lagoon.

Hungry? Besides the more than 200 Island wide restaurants, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort has a wonderful on site restaurant. Have a romantic dinner for two or get take out and dine on your private ocean viewing deck

Whether you prefer lounging at the poolside cafe sipping margaritas, and listening to musicians, or running the fitness course, all can be enjoyed day or night, no worries, no hassles. The 24 hour security gives you peace of mind.

There certainly are plenty of activities for your body, and ocean sites and sounds for your soul. This is truly a little slice of paradise.
