The gracious interior features an open floor plan with a patio overlooking a quiet lagoon which abounds with wildlife. There are two master suites each outfitted with two queen beds, and complimented by a private bath. The interior of this large villa has been decorator furnished, and is fully equipped. The property has a pool, only fifty yards from the villa, restricted for Centre Court guests , and there is on site tennis  maintained by the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Guests receive one free hour daily.

2010 RATES

• Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.
• Directions, resort pass and keys will mailed to you prior to your arrival date.
• In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.

• Cancellation of your reservation less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
• We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less $50.00 handling fee will be returned.
