This  recently built, beach oriented, Palmetto Dunes luxury, vacation rental home is conveniently located in the southern area of the resort. Even carrying the beach chairs and umbrella, it is an easy stroll to the beach. Equally close are the Fazio and Trent Jones pro shops as well as the Tennis Center. For dining there are four restaurants within a fifteen minute walk.

This luxury home has been professionally decorated  in the latest colors. It is a multi level home with superb bedroom separation, and is ideal for either a large family or two families vacationing together. On the main level is the king master suite. Up a few steps from the main level is the second master. Outfitted with a king, it also has a sleeper sofa. Both master suites have TVs and VCRs. On the third level are the two additional guest bedrooms.  These two bedrooms consist of twins in one and two full beds in the other. Each bedroom has a private bath, and there are ceiling fans in all the rooms.

The great room with a cathedral ceiling is spacious and comfortably appointed. With a wall of windows it is a bright and cheerful room. There are French doors conveniently leading from the great room to the deck and the private pool. There is a half bath off the great room.

In the rear of the great room is the formal dining area. The fully equipped, adjoining kitchen will be a pleasure to the family chef. It is large enough for the whole group to pitch in and help with meal preparation. This home has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. 

The pool area is a great spot to relax, and  for a nominal charge the pool can be heated. There is plenty of pool furniture, and a gas grill for those cook-out times.

Palmetto Dunes Resort is a great place for your vacation. With activities like the beach, golf, tennis, biking and jogging paths, shopping, fishing, canoe and kayak rentals on the 12 mile lagoon system, what more could you want? THIS IS YOUR PERFECT VACATION HOME.

Weekly Rental Rates

• To guarantee your reservation a $250 deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter and rental agreement will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date. Keys to the condo will be sent "over-night" upon receipt of the signed rental agreement, and payment of balance due.
  
  A refundable damage security deposit may be required.
  
  Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change. 
  

• Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.
• In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.

• Cancellation of your reservation less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
• We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less $75.00 handling fee will be returned.
