Oceanwoods is a cluster of similar beach homes in the northern area of North Forest Beach. The complex has large ocean front pool, children's pool, gazebo, sundeck, and picnic area. 

Oceanwoods 101 is a direct oceanfront vacation home, sitting on one of the island's more desirable beach areas. The Crown Plaza hotel is a five minute walk. The Coligny Plaza area is a mile down the beach.

It is an elevated home with multiple decks affording numerous beach front views, including a pool view. The oceanfront deck off the dining area has gas grill and cooking area, deck off the great room has a sitting area with rockers. The deck off the master is a great spot for the morning stretch.

 The first level contains a large great room with some striking beach and ocean views. A dining area open to the kitchen, and a laundry area. There are two bedrooms on the first level, one a queen bed and the other a double. These bedrooms share a bath.

Off the entry way is the stairway leading to the second level and two bedrooms. There is a day bed in the landing. The king master faces the beach and has a private oceanfront deck. It has a private bath. The fourth bedroom has two single beds. It too has a private bath.

With the numerous decks and pool just steps away this Forest Beach rental is an excellent family spot.

Oceanwoods 108  is a three bedroom two bath

It has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and laundry area. The living and dining areas are on the first level and the sundeck is accessed from the dining room.

Also, on the first floor is the master bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, television and a private bath.

The second level features two bedrooms, both with two twin size beds, that share a bath.

Parking is in the carport under the home.
