Pd Beach Villa 8 is three bedroom tri level townhome . A staircases leads to the second and third levels. The spacious living room with cathedral ceiling and the dining area is on the mid level and captures some outstanding views. There is a large deck off the living area that has an exterior spiral staircase.
The king master is on the first level. Also on the first level is quest bedroom with two single beds and a set of bunks. A spiral stairway continues to the third level bedroom which is outfitted with two single beds and another set of bunks. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bath and private patio or deck.
Located near the Dunes House the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is a pleasant walk as well as the other amenities available in the Plantation. A heated pool and baby pool are located on-site.
Beach Villa 4
Palmetto Dunes Beach Villa 4 is a unique ocean front unit. It is a two bedroom with two lofts. One bedroom has a king bed while the other has two queens. Each bedroom has a spiral staircase leading to a loft area that opens to an ocean front deck. In one loft is a queen futon and in the other is a twin bed with trundle. This villa has three baths. The living room and dining room both view the beach as does each bedroom.
