Rental Policies for 7 Pelican

Rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday

• To guarantee your reservation a 50% deposit is due within 10 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter and rental agreement will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due thirty days prior to your arrival date.
  
  Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change.
  

• During the summer months, Check-in time is on Saturday no sooner than 4:00 p.m. while Check-out time on Saturday is no later than 10:00 a.m. We need to allow cleanup time for the next guests.
• In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.

• Cancellation of your reservation less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
• We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less $50.00 handling fee will be returned.
