This dramatically designed Sea Pine's  vacation home is one of the Islands premier ocean front homes. Located on prestigious Red Cardinal, it offers some dramatic views of the Island's best beach area. It is an elegant home, yet not pretentious. It was designed for vacation living, and with close attention to detail to ensure a wonderful retreat.

As soon as guests enter the home they know they are at the beach. Immediately the beach and ocean beckon.

This Sea Pines oceanfront home has a smooth flowing floor plan. To the right of the entry is the gourmet kitchen, complete with trash compactor and added ice maker. It opens to the dining room which in turn is open to the living room. For entertaining there is a bar and wine cooler. 

Both the living room and dining room open to the expansive oceanfront decking. For the more quiet times there is also a den on the first level. This den has a full bath, and with its sleeper sofa, can easily convert to a seventh bedroom

The bedroom separation is well planned. On the first level is the king master suite. Up a half flight are two additional bedrooms, a guest room with twins and another king king bed. Another half flight leads to three additional bedrooms as well as a sitting area.

On this level there are two king bedrooms with outstanding views. Both have private decks. The sixth bedroom is made with two single beds. All bedrooms have private baths.

The intimate loft sitting area also has some excellent views. Off the sitting room is a spiral stair case. It leads to an interior widows walk.

The back deck area is fabulous with some stunning beach views.

The location of the home is convenient. The beach is at your door step, and if you want entertainment the beach club is a minute away. For the golfer the pro shop is a seven minute walk. If you are wanting to take the shuttle to Harbourtown the stop is three minutes from your door.
