Upon entering this Sea Pines vacation rental one is first greeted with a large foyer. To the left is a family media room with a large screen plasma TV. French doors lead to the outside entertaining area. Behind the media room are two bedrooms each with private baths. The first bedroom is set with a queen while the second has a king bed. Both bedrooms have French doors that lead to the pool and outside. To the right of the foyer is a full laundry room and entrance to the spacious two car garage. Beyond the laundry room is another bedroom. It has a unique set up. It is set as a den with another large screen, but has a king pull out  bed. This is not the usual uncomfortable pull out sofa, but rather a comfortable full king mattress, additionally there is a single pull out.

In the foyer, a stairway leads to the mid level where there are two more bedrooms. The first is another king bedroom with a private bath while the second holds another king pull out that can be spit into two single beds.  It too has a private bath and another flat screen TV.

Up a landing is the main living area. The great room is large and bright with two furnished decks. One views an empty lot while the second offers some ocean glimpses. Hanging over the fireplace is another large plasma TV.  The kitchen is state of the art with Viking appliances, a double oven as well as a professional style six burner stove top. On this level is a second full laundry room as well as a half bath

The master bedroom is also on this level. Outfitted with a California King, it has a massive window affording an ocean glimpse. There is a door leading to a deck that overlooks the pool. Yes there is another Plasma hanging.

The outside area is superb and professionally designed for entertaining. There is a large pool with spa ( heated at an additional cost) that borders the gazebo set with ample seating and eating areas, a gas fire place and a large gas grill.

The home has every amenity. In addition to the two home theaters there are six other TVs - three 37-inch flat screen TVs and three 27-inch flat screen TVs. DVD movies that are shown on the home theaters can also be viewed on any of the other TVs. Additionally, there is Wireless Internet and also three hard wire ports for computer hook-up. The house has a built in sound system with speakers in most rooms, the pool area and the two balconies.
