SHOREWOOD VILLAS

Located oceanfront at South Forest Beach, these spacious and luxurious villas are amongst the most popular on the Island. The Shorewood Villa complex is a gated oceanfront complex with reserved parking. Available in 2 and 3 bedrooms, the villas surround a lushly landscaped courtyard. Facing oceanfront is the the heated pool, Jacuzzi, children's pool and large sundeck with ocean view. There is a private beach walk with shower facilities conveniently located on the beach side of the pool.

The complex comprises five buildings offering varying views. The complex is a U shape with wings. The  two buildings facing direct oceanfront offer some of the Island's most dramatic beach views. These two buildings are as close as one can get to the beach without being over the dunes. The back building also faces direct ocean front. The side buildings face the courtyard and pool area, and from the second level one will get beach views, but from the first level the dunes do block the view.

These vacation villas are professionally decorated and fully equipped. The floor plans do vary slightly, but all have either a deck or patio.

villa 308 ~ 2 bedrooms 2 baths

Direct oceanfront two bedroom two bath unit. Located on the third level. Villa does have a sleeper sofa.

Villa 203

This is a two bedroom 2 bath second floor unit directly facing the beach. Villa has a sleeper sofa.

Villa 102 is a first floor unit with a sleeper sofa

 

If you are looking for an oceanfront complex near shopping and dining , and where the car can stay parked for the majority of the vacation then the Shorewood Villa complex will be a great choice.

The Shorewood Villas have a great location. The Coligny Circle is five minutes away where you will find the Market Place and Coligny Plaza. The Van der Meer Tennis center is a five minute stroll down South Forest Beach
