Located in the mid island area,12 Singleton Place is a 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath luxury oceanfront home with a heated spa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The three story architectural nature of this home enables the rooms to flow smoothly, and offers privacy in the bedrooms. The master bedroom with king bed and Jacuzzi, and two other bedrooms overlook the Atlantic Ocean . There are eight beds in this home; two kings, two queens, and four twins.

The first level of this vacation retreat has the open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Also on this level is a king suite, a powder room ,and the laundry room. This first level opens to a large oceanfront deck complete with a hot spa.

The second level of the home contains the king master suite, a queen suite, and a twin bedroom suite.

The third level has a second living area with some spectacular views, and a deck. The two bedrooms on this level are a king bed in one and twin beds in the other. These bedrooms share a bath

Guests of this home receive free tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center a short drive away. The Island bike path is accessible via Singleton Beach road and leads to all  Island amenities including the Tennis Center.
