Located where the Calibogue Sound meets the ocean, this is the best complex in the South Beach area of Sea Pines. Meticulously maintained, these units are truly luxurious. There are spectacular water views, the beach is right out the door, and there is a large beach front pool for the exclusive use of the South Beach Club guests. The marina village is only a few steps away as is the South Beach Racquet Club. If you are wanting luxurious accommodations with a great view of the beach and water then these will be a god spot for you. The villas at the South beach Club are predominately three bedrooms. There are a few that have converted the third bedroom to a den and there are four penthouse units.

This is a third floor three bedroom two and a half bath villa with excellent views of the Calibogue Sound on to Daufuski Island. The bedding in this villa is a king master, queen guest room, and a bedroom with two doubles.

  

 

Villa 1917

This is a third floor villa. Bedding is a king, a queen and two single beds. There is a sleeper sofa.

Because of it water front location, and its proximity to South Beach Marina Village, these villas are the most sought after in the South Beach area of the Sea Pines Resort. If you are looking for exclusivity and a vacation where you are not car dependant then these are a great choice.

The South Beach Club Villas were built in the mid eighties, and were to be the South Beach areas compliment to the Turtle Lane complex that is located in the middle beach area of Sea Pines. The South Beach Club units are luxury villas with some outstanding views. The villa complex is comprised of two buildings with only 18 villas per building. There are four units per floor with the fifth floor (top) having two that are extra large penthouses. Typical of Sea Pines the pines are taller than the buildings
