Sea Pines

The South Beach Villas are hidden gems. Although they were some of the first  vacation villas built in the South Beach area, they are relatively unknown to our newer South Beach guests. The South Beach Villas are beach front. The 36 town homes comprising the complex are shielded from the road and view by rows of  the famous sea pines. Vacation villas built in the early 70's were large, and these villas run between 2000 and 3800 square feet. They are in a park setting. Today, because of beach front land costs a setting like the South Beach Villas is rarely found.

Villa 1408

This three bedroom with Carolina room  is a two level villa in a beach front complex in the South Beach area of  Sea Pines Resort. The marina village, the community pool, and the tennis complex are only steps away, and of course you can be on the beach within a minute. These units have a large deck so that one can enjoy the tropical breezes.

The bedrooms in 1408 are outfitted with a king in the master and twins in the remaining bedrooms, and a double trundle in the bonus room

Completely remodeled in 2006. Mere minutes from the beach with a sunroom and patio to enjoy the ocean breeze. Guests may enjoy one hour of free tennis per day at South Beach Racquet club.

Villa 1425

 underwent renovations winter 2008

Four bedroom, 3 bath villa  with an ocean glimpse. Bedding consists of one king master, and two single beds in each of the guest rooms. This unit also has the sun room on the first level.  From the upper deck of the master, there is a decent view of the Calibogue Sound.
