Just a 10 minute walk to South Forest BEACH from our spacious 1st floor flat -- 2 BR, 2 BA villa with private patio at Springwood with a lovely lagoon view.

 Remodeled and redecorated for 2009/2010. New sofa converts to a queen size bed for additional sleeping accommodations, if needed. Ideal for families and retirees -- NO STAIRS.

Also located within walking distance is the popular Coligny Plaza. It affords many conveniences including numerous restaurants, shops, and other activities. You are also within a brief drive from Harbour Town which offers more unique shopping, fine/casual dining and the famous Hilton Head Lighthouse.

Our family has been enjoying Hilton Head for years -- we have tried to keep things on hand that can be used by our guests -- a set of golf clubs, tennis racquets, 1 adult bike, rafts, beach chairs and even sand toys are located in our outside storage room. Family games and cards are in the TV cabinet.

Guests are entitled to one hour free tennis court use per day from the world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Complex, across from the villa. Additionally, guests have fitness center privileges free of charge at the Players Club also located across from the villa. There are more than 10 public golf courses within a 10 minute drive of Springwood.

Swim in the spacious Springwood Pool (for guests only). Close to dining, shopping, mini-golf, bike rental, grocery store, golf and tennis. We have included menus from some of our favorite eateries - find a new place YOU love and add the menu with your comments to our collection!

South Forest Beach is spacious, clean and well maintained with changing areas provided at the beach if desired along with parking if you decide not to walk. This year saw the opening of the new Coligny Beach Park. With its widened views of the ocean and its water jet fountains full of children splashing and playing, the new Coligny Park serves as the centerpiece of our entire beach, and a new landmark for our island. There are also bike trails throughout the Island. Gather shells and look for dolphins, they are there! Make a memory without breaking the budget. From our family to yours . . . . ENJOY!

Vacation Rental Amenities 

A shared pool and tennis courts are close by with the beach being only a short walk away. Guests of this villa receive a full membership to the Van der Meer Racquet Club, one of the country's' top tennis clubs. Also included is a membership to the Player's Club Fitness center. Both these clubs are an easy minute stroll form the villa
