This villa has the most convenient location on the island.  It is a short seven minute walk to the beach and less than five minutes to the health club.

While the grocery store, restaurants and shops are a five minute walk, there presence is hidden in typical  Hilton Head Style. It is also an easy walk to Coligny Circle, where there are more shops and restaurants.

Unpacking your clothes and groceries is a breeze, because the villa is on the first floor. There are no steps or elevators to deal with.

From the back patio the view is of a beautiful lagoon and courtyard.  The outdoor pool and kiddie pools are within this enclosed court yard.

If you bring your laptop computer, you can sign on from either of the two phone jacks.

This villa is a single level two bedroom with two baths. The King master bedroom is a beautifully furnished blue room. One wall is skillfully faux painted with art work enhancing the beach ambience. The master bedroom has a slider leading to the patio. The patio area offers a picturesque lagoon view. The guest room has  twin beds with a trundle, making it possible to sleep up to four here.

The living area is a great room style. The kitchen opens to the dining area and onto the living area. There are sliders leading to the patio.

Vacation Rental Amenities 

Included in the price is the full use of the Player's  Health Club facilities which include an indoor pool, racquet ball court all gym equipment and classes in all forms of exercise Guests also receive one hour of tennis at the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis facility, located just across the way.
