As the name applies this villa is only a Stones Throw to the beach. Located in a small complex off Folly Field Road in the mid island area, this first level one bedroom unit is ideal for those who are looking for a quiet area yet convenient to all the activities. Just outside the complex is the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort.. A short stroll up the beach is the Westin Resort. Whether you want to rent a bike, have a drink, hit some golf balls, have dinner, or relax on the beach it is at your door step. The complexes' pool area is just steps from your patio.

The villa is a single level unit with one bath. The bedroom is made with a queen sized bed. The full kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare any meal.. The unit has its own washer and dryer.. Sliders lead from the living room to your private patio and onto the pool area.

We welcome pets, but do charge them a $100 additional rent

Pets are welcome, but we do charge a $100 pet fee. 

Stays of less than a week require a $35 cleaning charge.
