This is a first floor ocean view unit located in the A building of Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. The beach walk is just out the door and you can be on the beach in seconds. This deluxe unit has recently been redecorated and modernized. The living room offers views of the ocean and the pool, and is appointed with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, and stereo. There is a dining area which seats four and an updated kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The deck is a great place to catch the sunrise, listen to the surf, smell the salt air, and feel the ocean breezes.

The HHBT is gated and has many onsite amenities including 2 pools,  poolside cabaña,  convenience store, and a lounge. An amusement park and driving range are a five minute walk. The bike path, adjacent to the resort, can take you completely around the Island. For the tennis enthusiasts, the courts are lighted and you get free play.
