You'll love the fabulous view from this spacious oceanfront villa. This first floor two bedroom villa is located with a direct view of the ocean, and only 29 steps to the beach. You will enjoy the big oceanfront pool. It is heated in March and April, and also during the fall. Adjacent to the pool is a large cabana that has both a covered deck & sun deck. There's also a kids pool. 

This Palmetto Dunes vacation villa features a master bedroom suite with king-size bed, private balcony with your private stairway to the pool and beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen. If you enjoy cooking, you will find everything you need in it. Off the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer.

  The glass top dining table seats six. The living area has a sofa and love seat. The sofa pulls out into a queen size bed, enabling this villa to accommodate six. There is a remote TV and VCR/DVD, a stereo/cassette/CD player. The living room has some superb view, and there are sliders leading to your private oceanfront deck. This is a great spot to relax with the morning coffee and paper. It is also a good spot to watch the kids while they are at the pool.

The master bedroom has a king bed, TV/VCR, access to the balcony with the same great view as living area, and a private bath with a separate dressing area. The second bedroom has twin beds, TV/DVD and lots of room. The guest bedroom also has a private bath. This villa is approx. 1400 square feet, and is a non smoking unit.

 Captains Walk is conveniently located on the bike paths in the southern section of the Palmetto Dunes Resort. The Fazio golf course is a short walk away. Other golf courses, bike and canoe rentals, the tennis center, restaurants, and night spots are also nearby. Guests of 431 Captain's Walk receive complimentary tennis at the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center.

Its all about Location, Location!  And If your looking for a 1st class unit, this is the best around. Just 29 steps to the beach.
