This Sea Pines ocean front gem is one of our favorite homes. Tucked in the corner of Whistling Swan and surrounded by vegetation it is a secluded private home. Well appointed it gets one of our higher ratings. This vacation rental home is a two story layout with four bedrooms with four and a half baths.

 The primary living area is on the second level. This design, often referred to as upside down or sweep out, maximizes the picturesque ocean views. The main living areas has multiple sitting areas. The walls of glass and high ceilings make for the open and spacious feeling while offering  some dramatic beach and ocean views.

The kitchen will bring out the gourmet. Off the upper deck is a screened porch. A spiral staircase leads to a roof top deck. The views from the deck are spectacular. The grounds of this oceanfront home are well landscaped providing privacy

The lower level has a well appointed den/living room equipped with a large screen and accessories including the DVD, VCR. There is also a game table and a wet bar. The private ocean front pool is large with ample room to lounge.

The bedding is comprised of a king master, and three queen suites. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the downstairs family room.
